I am so glad to have such a great studio in town. I am excited to come back regularly. Such a stress reliever! I hope you add some barre classes soon in addition to the yoga. Would love to try!

I love doing yoga but as im getting older, im not able to handle the heat. Or would be nice if you have some classes not heated. The one relaxing class that used to be on thursday evenings was nice because it wasnt heated snd it was really nice.

Absolutely love the classes. The ladies are so encouraging. This is such a relaxing enviroment. A mich needed reprive from a crazy week. I only wish there was a monthly membership offered.
