Simply select the package, membership, or retail product you would like to purchase by clicking on PURCHASE. If the item you wish to purchase is not displayed, you may need to contact the business to complete the booking or purchase.
On the Payment screen, you may enter a promo code if you have one to use. The discount will reflect in the displayed details of the purchase. If the promo code makes your purchase free, it will automatically advance you to the Confirmation page. If you have no promo code to use, proceed to card details.
To complete a purchase where payment is required, you will need to add at least one card to your account. Once you add a card or if you already have a card or cards on your account, select the card you would like to use and hit 'Next.'
On the Confirm page, the details of your purchase will display, and once reviewed, you can click on CONFIRM to complete the purchase. Your Account Balance will update automatically to reflect any purchased package or membership.
If you are booking a session and you already have an applicable package, membership, or credit
If you already have a package or membership that applies to the session you are currently trying to book, you will be taken straight to the CONFIRM page where you can confirm your booking.
Once confirmed the booking is confirmed, you can use the Quick Book option at the right of the window to book upcoming sessions of the same type that you've just booked. You can filter these sessions by the days that you would like to attend. If you have a package with an available balance, you will be able to one-click book into these upcoming sessions. If you do not have an available and applicable package balance, you will need to complete the purchase process again.
If you believe that you should already have a package, membership, or credit that would allow you to book into the session, you may need to contact the business for further assistance. You can check to see what your package covers by clicking on the name of your package, membership, or credit under Account Balance in the upper right-hand corner.
If you are booking a session but do not yet have a package, membership, or credit that would allow you to book the session
On the Select screen, you can choose to book the class as a drop-in, if offered, by choosing the drop-in option at the top of the screen. If a drop-in price does not display, that likely means that the business does not have a drop-in price available for the session
If you would like to purchase and use a package or membership as part of your booking, select the desired package/membership from the list. All of the products displayed will allow you to book into the session you are currently booking. If a package or membership does not appear in the list but you believe that it should, you may need to contact the business for further assistance.
