I have been taking Bryna's class on T and Th since the pandemic hit. She has a very calm and soothing voice. She gives us good instruction on what is planned for the hour and clearly explains how to get into poses. She offers alternatives for those of us who may not be able to do the poses as suggested. Thank you, Bryna!
