I recently decided to join the Yoga-7 Studio here in Batesville. I could not be happier with my choice. The return on investment is nothing short of superb. Both my quality of life and the range of motion in my previously injured right shoulder have improved considerably. The quality of instruction is also excellent. Furthermore, Roman makes the whole process very user-friendly, really couldn't be any easier to get started. The atmosphere at the studio is warm and inviting. All of the fellow practitioners that I have encountered at the studio have been kind and encouraging, such that one's yogic journey becomes both more hospitable and more conducive to growth and wellness. I highly recommend the Yoga-7 Studio.

This place is incredible! Roman, Jo, & the other teachers are so knowledgeable. It is a very, very welcoming atmosphere with so much to offer. Roman always finds a way to challenge your mind and body; no matter the class. You always feel rejuvenated and craving another class. Also! If you like nice work-out/lounge wear - Y7 has the best lululemon attire to shop from.

I love Yogi!!! It’s a challenging form of stretches that also strenghtening your physical and mental wellbeing! Roman seems to always be available for questions or concerns! The environment is friendly! Wish I would have done this a long time along!!??

Very knowledgeable and great with instructions, Roman makes it easy to do your own level and not have to worry about being a beginner, but hard enough so all levels gets a great session. Class with Nancy was wonderful too!

I love yoga!! Roman is an EXCELLENT instructor & his vast knowledge of the body & the practice of yoga as well as the atmosphere in his studio- from the music & lighting to his utiliziation of all the correct & necessary yoga props as well as the use of sessential oils makes it is more like a spa experience then “just attendjng a session” I am new so i have a lot to learn—but i am already reaping the benefits (body, mind & soul) of this practice. i am excited to continue on this journey & reaping all the many wonderful benefits as well as finally improving my posture!! 10 out of 10 stars!!!
