The Yoga Shala

I absolutely love the Yoga Shala! I am a beginner with yoga, but Krista and Laura are working with me and I feel supported and not judged. Krista has been amazing, helping me with body mechanics and yoga techniques. The Body Mechanics classes are perfect for older adults and I know the classes will help my pain and back issues. Beginning yoga and sound classes with Laura allow you to practice yoga and benefit from the sound bath, which is relaxing and helps center you. I’m so happy that I found the Yoga Shala and I hope to learn more and continue my journey to health and wellness.

Amazing studio! The most knowledgeable teacher I have ever met and I have been practicing for over 18 years. Not to be missed! You will not be disappointed.
