This was the best bellydance I have taken. It was taught and broken down in such a way that everyone could keep up and actually get a good cardio workout going. I thought the cardio component might have taken away from the technique or made it too zumba like, but no it was on point. Also to top it off it was also a very body positive environment so if you are that introvert that always wanted to take a class but always puts it off, this or any class taught be either Carol or Sharon is worth a try!
