First time trying belly dance. The instructor was engaging, intuitive and adjusted to the pace of individuals in the group while keeping it challenging. Def has a blast, we danced to good songs with props and experienced few elements from stretching and cha cha cha. Intending to bring my friend here next

So welcoming! Such a great time and makes you feel very empowered. As a hijabi, it's quite difficult to find fitness classes in the city that are female spaces and I am happy that I am able to have somewhere where I can feel comfortable and have a really great time.

Carol is a wonderful teacher and dancer. She helps her students at all levels, drilling the moves into us with lots of fun and great Arabic music creating an ever enjoyable atmosphere.
