COACH HOS

We are so happy and relieved to have found Joe and his Return to Sport program for our daughter who is rehabbing her 2nd ACL rupture and repair, back to back. This has been a long hard anxiety-filled road for all of us but adding Joe into her program this round has made a tremendous difference. Not only is he bringing her further along with regard to the physical rehabilitation process but he is incorporating the skills she will need to do for her specific sport (softball) so that she can get a better feel for proper body mechanics coming off this injury. Wish we had known about him for her 1st ACL. We highly recommend Joe and his Return to Sport / ACL Recovery Program.

Been with Sports Rehab PA and Joe Hos for just about a year now. Best decision we ever made for our daughter and her ACL recovery. Extremely dedicated and takes pride in his athlete's accomplishments. My daughter wouldn't have made it back onto the field/court without him!

Very Knowledgeable. Gave clear direction with gave proper example of each exercise while explaining the benefits from each.
