You may cancel the PlayerMaker subscription or choose not to renew, but we need active playermaker data as part of this program. *Custom Individual Development Plan (IDP)* Every Forge Elite player receives a personalized growth plan, with goals and milestones based on real performance data. Updated monthly by our coaching staff to ensure continued progress. *Monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 online coaching session* Each month, players (and parents if desired) meet virtually with their coach to review metrics, assess progress, and set next-step priorities. This ensures consistent accountability and personal attention. *Bi-weekly progress dashboards for parents* Parents receive clear, easy-to-read reports every two weeks showing key stats, growth trends, and coach notes — making development transparent and measurable. *Targeted homework drills tied to player metrics* Players receive specific at-home assignments customized to improve areas flagged by PlayerMaker data (e.g., weak foot, dribbling efficiency, work rate). *Available to active Forge players only.
