Love this place! Kristen is great and very knowledgable . She pushes you to do hard things, and makes sure you’re doing them right! I love the smaller class setting because it allows the instructors to be focused on helping you really hone in and make adjustments, making sure you’re getting the most effective workout you can.

I was introduced to Allie when I was pregnant. She handled me with care and really helped me ease my pain. After pregnancy, I tried out Tara, Kristin and Shawnie....well needless to say I'm not sure who my favorite is. You much try a class with each person to figure out whose style fits you best. I'm obsessed with Pilates and I love the home and welcoming feel. I love these girls ?
