I was introduced to Allie when I was pregnant. She handled me with care and really helped me ease my pain. After pregnancy, I tried out Tara, Kristin and Shawnie....well needless to say I'm not sure who my favorite is. You much try a class with each person to figure out whose style fits you best. I'm obsessed with Pilates and I love the home and welcoming feel. I love these girls ?
