I've done Slow Flow with Erica and Restorative Yin with Shira. Both classes were amazing!! Slow Flow is graceful and challenging. Restorative Yin is exactly what it says it is. You leave the class feeling restored, rejuvenated, and balanced. You definitely come away form classes knowing your body better. Amazing place to build a better relationship with your body and nourish your spirit. Trying Hot Yoga and PIlates next!

I love theae classes. The heat makes my muscles a lot more accepting of the moves and doesnt aeem to hurt as much.

Ive taken 5 or 6 classes now with 3 different instructors and they have all been wonderful and the classes have been great, clean studio and amazing atmosphere

Today was ny first day at one hot yoga, i was loking to find the right place where i felt comfortable, WELL - i found it ! I was worried about keeping up cause i have fibromyalgia… BUT, it was sure enough a flow ! Absolutely MORE then i expected !!! If i could give a 10 star, i would!! I found my place!! ????????
