We just joined and it’s been amazing!! We are trying different classes to see which one’s are our favorites, but we love all of them so far. The instructors are very professional and keep you moving.

First timer today for Hot Pilates & although it was difficult & made me realize how out of shape I am, I loved it! The vibes were immaculate & the instructor Lauren was fantastic. Immediately purchased more sessions! Wish I would’ve started sooner. Thank you One Hot Studio.
