I took this class originally for lower back pain but it’s done far more than help my back. It’s alleviated pain, made my body stronger and more flexible. But more than anything, it’s helped me slow down, quiet my mind and hear my own inner voice. Whatever your reason for looking into this class, it will help you become a better version of yourself.
