I love this place, it has made me fall in love with yoga! All of the instructors are great and very welcoming! I love the variety of classes that are offered, everything is so different and challenging in its own way and also perfect for all levels. I definately recommend One Hot Yoga!

Awesome place to get to know yourself through sheer determination by sweat, breath and body postures held to time. Great sense of community at this studio! Shira always greets everyone smiling, no matter what time classes are offered during the day! Shira's classes are truly inspirational and she leads with such confidence, care and compassion in sharing yoga with others! This place is a great place to experience hot yoga!

I’ve been to two classes at One Hot Yoga studio so far and I absolutely love it! Jenny is an incredible instructor and I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about all the other instructors as well. Only tried Power Vinyasa so far but looking forward to trying their other classes as well. They do offer a 30 day heavily discounted rate for first timers and it is worth checking out. An elevated Hot Yoga experience. Thank you so much!
