Wow! Hot and hot! Hot, because it’s a touch and great workout! Hot because, well, it is. The teachers are very welcoming, kind and enthusiastic! You never feel judgement or condemning glares. I cannot do any of the positions fully (yet)- though I do push myself and I don’t feel embarased. I am so so so glad I started!!
