I love the variety of classes that are offered, everything is so different and challenging in its own way and also perfect for all levels. I definately recommend One Hot Yoga!

Shira always greets everyone smiling, no matter what time classes are offered during the day! Shira's classes are truly inspirational and she leads with such confidence, care and compassion in sharing yoga with others! This place is a great place to experience hot yoga!

Jenny is an incredible instructor and I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about all the other instructors as well. Only tried Power Vinyasa so far but looking forward to trying their other classes as well. They do offer a 30 day heavily discounted rate for first timers and it is worth checking out. An elevated Hot Yoga experience. Thank you so much!

1/17/2021	Cortes4	I have been practicing hot yoga for over ten years now. I love the One Hot Yoga Ocala studio. It is a terrific place with excellent teachers. And equally important, it's a friendly welcoming place and a very close, kind community. Hot yoga is very, very healing! The other thing I like is that there are people of all ages, abilities and shapes. Nobody judges.
