Excellent enviroment, great energy in the room, music was perfect, and the workout was just what I wanted from it. Couldn’t ask them to change a thing.

I have been going here for a few years and there is a reason why I have stayed so long! Great place to workout!

Love this studio and the atmosphere! Lauren, Carlie, and Ashley are amazing. I love how much the focus on form as well as encourage you to keep going (because yes you will neef thr encouragment dont go in thinking it will be easy)

Reposting cause I didnt mean to hit 1 star on my last review :( This place rocks!!!! I always desired to get into better shape but never could find a system that felt good for me. I've been to 2 classes so far at One Hot both with Ashley as the instructor and i think i finally found what works for me! It was intense not gunna lie, but exactly what I needed and Ashley was right there to assist me with my form as a beginner. Extremely convienent scheduling system works great for a person of routine like me, and the open friendly enviroment makes it so easy to keep showing up, i find myself excited when an opening becomes available for a waitlist I'm on! Its always clean and inviting. Looking forward to exploring more classes with more instructors and meeting more friendly people like the nice lady who told me i did a good job last class! 5 stars for everything :)

It was amazing! Beauitful studio, great people, clean.The instructor exceeded my expectations. Honestly best studio for yoga in Ocala.
