A great okace to get in shape and stay in shape. The positiveness and energy is everywhere along with encouragement along the way.

The class was a good pace, very easy to catch on. The enviornment was very welcoming and the trainer Breezy was really sweet, would happily return to another class.

I did not enjoy Samantha‘s class. she talks really fast. She Mumbles some of her words. And she’s on her phone half the time in class. I would like to be corrected and assisted on things I know I’m doing wrong . Seems uninterested and inexperienced and should do better for the money that we’re paying to attend the classes.

I have been going to one hot for the last few years on and off and I always end up coming back! I love the 30 minute workouts after work! I am not a person who loves to workout, but this gym has been great for me for multiple reasons including the atmosphere, the workout routines, the coaches, and the acquaintances I have made! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
