Mandy Is an amazing instructor and person! She pays attention to ensure that the movements are done correctly so there is improvement without injury. All the classes have lots of variety to make classes fun.

Mandy’s studio is the best posiible place to do pilates. I’ve been to many studios and no other instructor has the knowledge and skill that she has. Mandy is a breath of fresh air, making it fun and providing the exact kind of feedback that you need to maintain alignment and get the most benefit from the exercises. I always feel a difference afterward. Mandy is THE BEST!! ??

Fabulous! Mandy is a fabulous Pilates Instructor. She knows how to tailor movement that is beneficial to all levels of student. Although she is an expert, she continually increases her knowledge. She is the BEST!

Mandy is the BEST! I've been to many Pilate studios and have had many different instructors over the years -- and I can honestly say that Mandy REALLY knows how to teach -- not only in a group setting, but private instruction as well. Mandy educates herself by attending continuing education classes that benefit all of her students. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and how to help her clients strengthen their weaknesses and improve overall physical well being I highly recommend her studio "Made for Movement Pilates" and plan on taking classes from Mandy as long as she teaches! We are SO fortunate to have her in Solano County! Thank you Mandy!
