6/7/2023	Gosnell	Mandy is an excellent teacher and is always conscious of your individual needs (and body pain if you have any, sore knee, back etc). Classes are fun and always changing. Classes are small allowing for individual attention.

She's helped me tremendously with my back pain and offers tailored exercises during private one-on-one sessions, which I highly recommend for beginners. She's incredibly friendly, upbeat, funny, and knowledgeable. Dare I say she makes working out a joy? I consider myself lucky for having found this studio and urge you give it a try if you haven't already.

6/25/2018	Som	Best Pilates studio EVER! Mandy teaches you how to do what is right for your body. She is so knowledgeable. She teaches with such kindness that makes easy to learn. I really feel like a new person since I've started taking classes. Classes are small so she really gives each client personalized instructions. My back and neck pain are so much better. She is a blessing. Also, she is hilarious!
