Pole boot camp with Erica was amazing !!! She helped me to realize that I’m a lot stronger than I think! I was initially intimated but there’s nothing to be intimidated about, if you’re contemplating the class I def recommend! Just wish it was offered on more days or at a time in the evening because my schedule with my daughter is tight. She has school in the mornings. But none the less it was an amazing class and I’ll def be back

I keep talking to everyone about how gorgeous the inside of this studio is!! That aside, the instuctors are top notch and the owner, Autumn, has made me feel like family since day one. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to start their aerial journey!

I absolutely loved the intro to pole class I took. The owner and teacher was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful while keeping all equipment sanitized for our safety! It was so much fun I Have already booked 2 more classes!

I went to Lovely Lioness Union City for my first ever pole dancing experience and it was way better than I expected. Extremely welcoming environment, thorough instructions and motivating feedback. The choreo was sexy and fun! I can not wait to return with allll of my bad ass friends! Thank you all !

It was my first class. Great for beginners. The instruction was in a way that you could easily move to your own exercise exertion level. The choreography was challenging for a beginner but everyone in the class got it. Surprised at how sexy I look and feel! See you next month!
