Absolutely fantastic time!! It was my first pole class, i took intro to pole with Janelle — Amazing teacher! She made me feel comfortable, ensured the instructions were clear and easy to follow as well as making any adjustments needed for pain or discomfort. The class was fun and I 100% would take this class again or try other classes at the studio :)

Lovely Lioness is simply amazing! They have the best instructors(big thanks to Kristina,Michelle, and Selena- you guys are phenomenal)! They are all so very welcoming and lessons are catered to different levels of skills. It’s such a safe space to artistically express oneself through the aerial skills and artistry. This is also like a second home, both the instructors and the women who attend there are also the best supporters! Thank you Lovely Lioness, keep up the good job!

Nicole is really great! I was struggling with the first intro class due to over sweating and she made me feel comfortable and not so embarrassed after speaking with her! She’s so kind and nice and if you get the chance to take her class you won’t regret it!
