The coaches are so well rounded and care about the full spectrum of well being that emanates in each class, from the very beginning to the end. As intimidating as martial arts can be they facilitate a comfortable and safe environment to learn, make mistakes, and have fun! A must-try if you’re after something non-competitive that challenges the mind and body and gives you the chance to hone a beautifully dangerous skill.
