All of the classes are excellent and well thought out. The instructors are all very motivational and knowledgeable and so inclusive and friendly. I have used mostly Zoom in the last year and it has worked beautifully for me.

So glad to have chosen Level Up for my fitness journey! Having my first class with Crystal, sorry if spelled wrong, started it all! She is great and just makes you want to work hard. She is full of spunk and life and just awesome! Everyone here is amazing and I tell everybody about this place and how awesome everyone is!

I just took my first yoga class with Diane on Zoom and it was perfect! Just what I needed. I live in rural Arkansas where there aren't any yoga studios anywhere nearby, but my friend in Oregon turned me on to Level Up and it seems like a great community. I'm so excited to continue taking classes and get myself back into shape.

I dropped in for a cycle class this morning. Great class with Kalin! The facility is really great- with low light for cycle space which kept me in the zone! The staff and members were friendly snd welcoming. I was assisted in setting up my cycle properly. Really positive experienve! I plan on going back very soon!
