A wonderful, relaxing experience. Patience to go at your own pace/experience level. In order to take care of others, you need to take care of you - and taking care of yourself at Kelpytown Kove is life changing.

Beautiful yoga practice. The studio is gorgeous abd so calm. Heather has the perfect yogi voice to lead a practice. The sun salutation and warrior flows are what my body needs, and are easily adaptable to akl levels
