This Package allows you to kick-start or maintain your fitness journey when it comes to achieving your goals and objectives! We'll meet via Zoom for TWO 1 Hour Sessions each week to go over your training, your movements, accountability, struggles and successes. This option requires dedicated personal documentation when it comes to struggles and feedback so that we can modify your training as needed to achieve the most optimal results possible due to limited dedicated contact.
