My 2 boys love it here. And you can see the passion and dedication in the coaches... not to mention patience. It's not easy training a group of little kids. Awesome place and awesome people!!

My daughter loves the workouts she is receiving with Coach Manny. His training is an overall body workout that involves speed, agility, and vertimax training. Coach Manny is spot on with the training my daughter is receiving. After a week we could see there was a positive change in her performances involving sports. As a parent I would highly recommend this training facility for those who play multiple sports.
