Rosie and Michael are seriously the best! Rosie with her beautiful and empowering words and easy to follow yoga instructions, pushing you to get deeper into those stretches and stregthening the mind. And Michael with his sound healing bowls and instruments that make you feel like you’re in the rainforest with a native playing his flute, and a little while after tranporting you to the ocean lol. So good. Such amazing energy soon as you walk through those doors. Love the community you have built ???? Thank you
