A beautiful space for yoga and mindfulness practices. The instructor does a wonderful job mixing relaxation with a workout in her yoga practice and the shavasana is the best I have every experienced. Thank you so much for this gem :)

Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve tried their Breathwork and Sound Bowl Healing Meditation and CryoClub - Breathwork & Icebaths and they are both really good! I felt great afterwards. Relaxed and invigorating at the same time. Hehe

A friend of mine recommened Flow State Studios for some breathwork and meditation. I attended a session last week and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I love the feel of this center and I love the story in how this center has come together. Sometimes it can be hard to venture out and try something new. Also, most of the offerings here are donation based. You can tell the focus here is really on giving back to the community. Amazing work! I cant wait to attend another session!
