Jade introduced me to aerial fitness and now I’m hooked! She takes extra time to go through each step to help you learn the foundation of each movement to make you feel confident in your practice. If you ever wanted to try aerial hammock, this is the place to start your addiction... I mean, adventure! Thank you, Jade! FIVE STARS!!! ??????????

Love the class, love the ladies! I was nervous to start more out of fear of joining a class where I didn't know anyone, but I have never joined a class more welcoming! Jade is awesome she's patient, she's thorough with instructions so your not just comfortable, but you have the confidence needed to follow through with what ever it is you are trying to attempt.
