I have taken a few classes here with Jade and cannot wait for more! Jade’s teaching style is comprehensive, high energy, empowering, and so much fun. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can't begin to describe how happy I am and proud of myself after only my 2nd bungee fitness class. Jade is an excellent, patient instructor. Extremely encouraging and so positive. I just love her!! Can't wait for class 3. It's just such a fun, unique way to exercise.
