Love Elevate Barre!!! Always a great workout with wonderful instructors who always suggest alternative ways to do an exercise. I started from day one and look forward to each class. Made some wonderful friends in the process! Come give it a try!!

As a person who has not exercised in a group program for many years I can honestly say I love Elevate Barre! The instructors are well trained and provide great workouts. They are also thoughtful around special needs with each individual and provide different options with some of the more difficult moves. At the same time are encouraging to us to push our comfortable limits as we grow and get stronger. Which is what exercise is all about!

I love Elevate Barre. The instructors are friendly and helpful. They will modify an exercise for you, if you can't do the one they are doing. I've always had a great experience at Elevate Barre
