Elevate Barre

Wonderful place to attend.

I have been with Elevate Barre from the beginning and have not lost interest. The classes are always challenging. Each class focuses on different muscle groups. I attend about 6 classes a week and every class we do different exercises. We hardly do the same exercise twice, which makes it interesting. The instructors are GREAT! They spend a lot of time planning out different exercises for us to do so that that we are always being pushed to be our best. They always have modifications for each exercise. The newest class... Circuit Training...is great....I really enjoy this class. My body has changed so much....I'm so much stronger and even with arthritis, I have more flexibility and balance. Barre has been great for my body and soul!. Karen W

Love Elevate!

I love the class and the instructor, Cindy Martin is wonderful. I do not like the method of payment. Having to download an app, to pay. It won’t factor in my school employee discount. Wish there was another form of payment.

Great classes!! Fun environment!!

As a person who has not exercised in a group program for many years I can honestly say I love Elevate Barre! The instructors are well trained and provide great workouts. They are also thoughtful around special needs with each individual and provide different options with some of the more difficult moves. At the same time are encouraging to us to push our comfortable limits as we grow and get stronger. Which is what exercise is all about!

I love Elevate Barre. The instructors are friendly and helpful. They will modify an exercise for you, if you can't do the one they are doing. I've always had a great experience at Elevate Barre

Cindy’s lunch classes are awesome! I love that i have time to get to class, have a great workout, and get back to work in 1 hour!
