Yesterday was my first time at Eclipse and it was a wonderful experience. The studio is welcoming, comfortable, and effective! I will definitely return for more classes!

This was my first hot yoga class and Linda and Greg encouraged me to go at my own pace since the ability level varies from person to person. I am lookong forward to going back and challengkng myself to do a little more each time. Thank you for making it such a positive experience!

Hot yoga??! I love the people! I love that the teachers allow for you to still have your “own” practice while still being part of the group energy! Ive bern doing hot yoga for over 15+ years I LOVE THIS STUDIO!

I love Eclipse Hot Yoga! Amanda runs the studio professionally and is an amazing yoga instructor.
The classes are Bikram all the way. All of the instructors are great and I am so grateful that I found
the studio.

I have attended classes with Mary & AMANDA, they are both amazing instructors. I have grown so much in my postures since transferring from Mass. I believe the instructors here have taken me to higher level in my postures and I am so grateful.
