So far so great! I love the idea of Physical therapists teaching Pilates!!! Who knows more about the way your muscles work than PTs! A whlole new gratifying experience-For sure??????

Mary Ann is literally the best! She and her staff have extensive experience and training in physical therapy and Pilates. As someone with scoliosis and (what I thought) was chronic back pain, my symptoms have been alleviated to the point where I no longer rely on NSAIDs to get me through my day.

Dragon fly was recommended by my pilates instructor back in Canada and was she right! The studio feels like home and Maryanne makes you feel so welcome. She honestly cares about you and adjusts the instructions to meet your personal needs. It is a little more expensive than the chain however the level of skill far surpasses anywhere else.
