Bonnie’s peaceful calming approach to yin yoga was a wonderful experience after a busy work day! She thoroughly guided us through each asana and offered ways to adjust for our comfort level. Her reminder to be in the moment and feel where my body is during each pose was helpful. I especially enjoyed her bowls that sent me straight into total relaxation ??
Kimberly at Come to Life studio has created a welcoming & pretty studio with a lot of sweet details and with a variety of classes. It is immaculate! I’m thankful to have this gem of a studio!
