2/5/2023	Glassman3	It was my first time at Come to Life Yoga. What a beautiful space! It was also my first sound bath class which was absoutely amazing. The class was lead by the owner Kimberly. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to try other classes too.

11/14/2022	Bobman	Kimberly did a restorative yoga flow that truly released the tension I was feeling. It was so needed after all I've been through this last month. She really knows how to get the body to release! At the end, sivasana/ meditation, I was treated to a gongbath experience. The sounds sent me into space as the waves surrounded and ultimately passed through my body. I became the universe for that moment! I am going back for more!! Thank you Kimberly!

I took the Restorative/sound/salt bath Yoga class with Kimberly and found it extremely healing and reached a state of deep relaxation. Exactly what I needed. Kim exudes beautiful energy and is an excellent teacher. I have also taken the crystal Gridding class with Bonnie and shopped in her crystal store. Both were lovely and I look forward to taking more of her classes also. So glad my dear friend recommended Come to Life Yoga! --- Linda Wallace

She thoroughly guided us through each asana and offered ways to adjust for our comfort level. Her reminder to be in the moment and feel where my body is during each pose was helpful. I especially enjoyed her bowls that sent me straight into total relaxation ?? Kimberly at Come to Life studio has created a welcoming & pretty studio with a lot of sweet details and with a variety of classes. It is immaculate! I’m thankful to have this gem of a studio!
