Wellness, Connection & Community…This is what I have been fortunate to find at Come to Life Yoga. My experience with the team of teachers during their SWFL WELLNESS WEEK offering inspired me in my journey of healing mind, body & spirit. Each team member brings their own unique contribution of yoga styles, sound healing, breath work, body movement, massage and more, creating a synergy of wellness beyond measure. Come to Life Yoga is a gem. Do yourself a favor and try it for yourself!

I am visiting fort myers this week, and found the come to life yoga studio, I attended an all levels outdoor flow with kim, it was a wonderful experience, and i highly recommend checking out the wonderful variety of classes this studio has to offer. ??

Upon entering come to life yoga studio, the ambience was magical. The sound healing experience following Kimberly‘s yoga class was invigorating and fills the studio with positive frequency. The Vinyasa/Yin class that Rachel offers is the perfect way to spend my evening and stretch deep into the tissues. This studio is the perfect place to call home.

Amazing first time experience learned alot

My first class was with Edric and let me tell you this is not your grandmas yoga class. It was different, energetic, and fun. Youll gain your smile back for sure. My 2nd class was just the owner, Kim, and myself due to a wreck that shut down 75. She graciously led me through a vinyasa practice anyway and with enthusiasm. I just love the vibe here; its clean, spacious, and very wekcoming for all levels. I will be back again and again.

Kimberly’s salt soundbath with restorative yoga is heavenly! I felt so relaxed. It is the best soundbath I’ve experienced in Florida thus far.

Come to Life is a cozy and welcoming studio with friendly and knowledgeable instructors! I’ve treated myself to several classes and each one has left me feeling refreshed and at peace. I highly recommend this studio!

First timer here - Lovely and peaceful space and fantastic instructor. Good for anyone at any level needing stress relief. I'm looking forward to more classes.

I love this sacred space. The teachers are most gracious. I am not new to yoga but it has been awhile . The teachers are encouraging. They have the skill to describe postures which is very helpful in getting one self into correct alignment. They know their physiology and are able to name the muscles we are working with. It is a very welcoming studio and the kind of place i was hoping to find . I recommend this studio to anyone looking to incorporate yoga into their lives.

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit. I hadn't been to a yoga class in over 7 years since moving to Florida and was nervous. Everything went great, and I will absolutely be coming back for more.

I tried Come to Life Yoga because an old instructor started teaching Saturday mornings I knew then I slowly meet the owner and fell in love with her & her teaching style as well . . . The studio is small but lovely & the offer an array of classes throughout the week I live close so I try as many as I can. There is such a loving local feel to it i dont think anyone who gives it a try would be disappointed . . .

I am so happy I found this Yoga studio and it happens to be in my neighborhood!! I am getting back into Yoga and I couldn’t have found a better place to land. The studio is very warm and inviting and the intructors are very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate about the practice. I look forward to getting better mentally, physically and spiritually!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! I discovered this place totally by accident about a year ago. I felt welcomed right from the beginning and it's been so much fun seeing the studio grow, expand and add more classes. The owner, Kim & her husband are some of the nicest, caring people you could ever meet. They are dedicated to their practices and are wonderful to work with!! Kim, especially, was such a help to me when the hurricane hit. Even though they had their own storm related issues, they still provided support , supplies and a safe space. I am so grateful to her and have met some amazing yogis there as well. The crystal shop has many lovely treasures too!! Kim is always trying to improve and grow the studio and and is open to suggestions and input from her yogis. If you are interested in a studio that values community, friendship and a good variety of classes, come join us Come to life Yoga, my new happy place, BTB, behind the Buddha.

Kim is the real deal and she has the perfect space and the perfect relaxing voice to guide you through your yoga practice .... for both beginners and experienced yogis. I love the way she explains why we do each posture and what the benefits are. An added touch is the brief gong and crystal bowl sound bath that she provides at the end of class. She offers a class that is both energetic, invigorating and ultimately relaxing .... it's more than just exercise, it's like a vacation for your mind : ) I will definitely be back again.

I absolutely love your studio. It’s so peaceful and calming. I’m new to this yoga thing and I’m really enjoy the Yen Classes.
