This studio is just what I needed. It provides an amazing opportunity to become stonger both physically and mentally by challenging ourselves. The coaching as to what we are working or why the stretch is important is so important. Arika is helping us become our best self.

I absolutely love Clearly Fit and the woman who runs it Arika! I was nervous to begin working out but there is so much patience and guidance in these classes that you feel safe. I hardly sweat working out elsewhere but I KNOW i'm getting a good sweat when I leave these classes. The guided meditations are one of my favorite parts as it reminds me to care for myself, so I can care for those around me.

Clearly Fit is such an engaged and positive space! Coach Arika encourages all participants and keeps the motivation high to embrace the burn and see the goals we set for ourselves! Ending sessions with eucalyptus cloths shows her personal and intentional touch. I love the music, the people, and the pulse fitness strategy! We're so lucky to have this space in Williamston!

Arika is amazing! Every class is a little different, but they’re always a challenge, rejuvenating, and enjoyable! The atmosphere is perfect with a well-designed space that feels peaceful as soon as you walk in. The combination of yoga, pilates, barre, and mindfulness is the perfect balance for your health. Arika is great at coaching you to understand the small changes that lead to big reaults. The other members are all so kind — its a bright spot in the day for sure! I 10/10 reccommend you try it — you’ll be hooked!
