Hypopressive training is a specialized technique that combines postural exercises with breath control to reduce intra-abdominal pressure and activate the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. The instructor will be using those 5 session to teach the client those techniques progressively. The client will have 5 to 10 min. of homework per day sent on a recorded video or voice recorded. Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a $33 fee. No call/ no shows are charged for the full session. Sessions expire 3 months after the date of purchase. All sales are final.
