On this first appointment with Hypopressive Breathing, we will be doing an evaluation of breathing patterns, posture, abdominal wall tone, diaphragmatic coordination, and diastasis. Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a fee of approximately 50% of the session cost. No call/ no shows are charged for the full session. Sessions expire 3 months after the date of purchase. All sales are final.
