Each 55 minute session is designed specifically for the client and will use a combination of mat and equipment exercises. If you are interested in joining Trio classes, this is how to prepare! Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a 50% fee. No shows are charged for the full session. Sessions expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
