Tslk about a full bofy workout. Looking forward to wvery class with these two! We are so lick to have this kind of talent in our small community!

Shannan was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining everything clearly. I’m so glad I tried it and look forward to coming back!

The facility is spotless, which adds to the overall positive experience. The classes are amazing, offering a great variety that caters to all levels. A special shoutout to Shannon, the instructor—she's phenomenal! Her expertise and enthusiasm make every session both challenging and enjoyable.
