I thoroughly enjoy this class with Rebekah. She has a very calm and soothing way about her that puts me in the right frame of mind. She explains everything we are doing and alternate ways, too. She reminds us that this is our individual workout and we should listen to our bodies as we are going along. I am very glad that I decided to take this class. It is beginning to help me to transfer the calming from my class to my everyday activities. Rebekah is absolutely wonderful!!!

Great Yoga class for folks who need a more gentle and slower paced routine. The stretches and poses were very effective in using and toning muscles, syncing deep breathing to movement, all while also incorporating positive messages of physical, mental and emotional good health and well-being. fun class...great group of participants!
