Jolene, her classes and instructors are amazing!! She gets to know all her clients and their needs on a personal level. As a busy mom there’s always class options to fit my crazy schedule, and Jolene lets me bring my kids in a pinch! The personal gains I’m seeing and feeling are so awesome, and thr support from the trainings has certainly helped me to get to where I’m at now.

Jolene is an amazing and inspiring coach that can help anyone feel and BE strong. No matter what you think your limitatioms are, she and her instructors show you you’re capable and help you successfully transform your body. This studio focuses on helping all people build the stability and strength necessary to be active participants in all our outdoor pursuits. Highly recommended!!
