This studio is simply wonderful. Lydie's expertise is unmatched, and her classes - whether led by Lydie or Lauren - are fun yet challenging, and I always learn something new. My body just feels good, strong, with more flexibility and less pain. Thank you!

She is amazing. She spends the time to teach you where your bidy should be to achieve the most. You are not a number to her like some places. I had an engery and she has been helping me with my strength. Highly recommend this studio

My knee was unable to get full extension nor flexion and in one visit my surgical scar was release and i can sit crosslegged again. Lydie individualizes my treatment and it is amazing

Love all the aspects of this place! I started with a massage because I was having so much pain in my back and chronic headaches. The aerial yoga has been a godsent to help alleviate my pain.
