Join Michelle for a special evening of Aerial Yin Yoga paired with Sound bath. The silks will be lowered for this event as Michelle moves you through Yin poses supported by the fabric and held for 3 - 5 minutes allowing for a deep stretch and myofascial release. The sound bath will bring in an additional layer of healing, relaxation and release. This event is included in your monthly unlimited memberships and is $22 for non studio members.
