This is a 4 week series on Monday evenings at 5:30PM in the Vibe Meditation Room ( January 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th) Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Gong) refers to working with the energy life force within each of us. When we practice Qi Gong, we connect breathwork to movement, creating a practice that enriches and nourishes our body and mind. Qi Gong is an accessible energy practice with no prior experience required. Qi= life force Gong=cultivate or gather Benefits from Qi Gong can include: -Physical function (increased balance, improved immune system, reduced pain, improved postures and flexibility) -Mental function (less stress, manage anxiety, decreased fatigue, balance emotions)
