This pass is for our 6 week Yoga 101 series Monday nights at 5:30 running from January 6th - February 17th (no class on 1/20). If you have been interested in trying Yoga but are hesitant to jump onto a class with out any idea of what to expect, then this class is for you. The hardest part of yoga can be rolling out the mat for the very first time. This 6 week beginners series we will teach you the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn the basics of posture alignment, breath work and meditation and by the end of the 6 weeks will feel confident stepping into any yoga class. Students will have access to unlimited studio classes for the duration of the Yoga 101 series The Yoga 101 beginner series requires pre-registration
