The Gentle Yoga class with Catherine is truly excellent. She changes the movements often and works all body parts in a careful, gentle way. Her teaching technique is accessible and she creates a very welcoming, comfortable atmosphere in the room.

Such a wonderful class, I felt welcomed and comfortable as a beginner. Some things were a perfect challenge and others felt relaxing. My anxiety subsided while using the silks.
