Sara is amazing! Thiscommunity and practice has changed my life and I can’t wait to get back to dancing. It is a place where all are welcome, where the only thing to do is what feels good to the body. We follow our feet and in that simple moving meditation some how magic happens. This practice supports healing - mind, body, heart & soul.

Dancing with Sara Mains and the 5Rhythms community in the Columbia Gorge is a truly grounded, truly mustical experience. The whole team who run and support these events are wonderful. Every dance has the potential to be transformational. I depend on 5R for regular opportunities to connect easily and authentically with what’s really going on with myself, inside myself, through movement, in a safe and supportive environment of warm, welcoming, like-minded others. We are incredibly fortunate to have this in our community!!!

Extremely frustrated that only the drop-in price is shown, and there is no guidance on how to use a 10-visit card.

Great, skilled facilitation by Sara Mains, amazing community, worth it every time! You have to participate to experience it for yourself. Come by on a Sunday morning at 11 am (better a bit earlier if it is your first time!) at the Bingen Society Hotel Inn.
